Are Florida truck accident claims more difficult than car accident claims?

When it comes to proving one big aspect of a trucking accident claim? Yes, and that big aspect is liability. The other aspects of the case, discussing causation and injuries to my client, are going to be almost identical to regular passenger accidents with personal vehicles.

Understand, as one could expect, that when you have a semi-truck there can be different layers of liability. The driver can be at fault, the owner of the truck could be at fault, the person accompanying that’s responsible for maintaining the truck could be at fault, the owner of the goods inside the truck could be at fault, the company who then loaded the cargo on the truck can be at fault, and so on.

It’s our job to do the investigation through all those different entities and companies through the course of where that truck came from until the impact of the accident, to see what apportionment of fault applies to each of those different entities, and that’s the main difference in why it’s more complex.
