What is a trip and fall accident?

A trip and fall is a kind of injury lawsuit where my client actually, and it sounds silly, but trips and then falls. It very much describes itself. Now, let’s contrast that to a slip and fall, which also very much describes itself. There’s some kind of substance or a condition on the ground that causes our client to slip.
