Should I take any photographs if I was injured in a trip and fall?

If you’re able to, at the scene of the incident, yes. Again, this dovetails back to making sure that you do anything related to information gathering or investigation after you’ve determined that you’re reasonably safe. If you need to call 911, if you need to go into an ambulance, that comes first. We can always, ourselves as the attorneys, once we’re retained, go out to the scene of the incident and take our own photographs, send investigators out.

Not all is lost if you’re unable to take photographs, or maybe don’t even have your cell phone at that time. If you’re in a position to be able to take photographs of the thing that you slipped on or tripped on, that would be ideal in order to determine negligence or liability in a case.
