What if I did not leave the scene of my Florida car accident in an ambulance? Can I go to the hospital on my own the next day?

Even if you don’t feel at the time of the accident that you’re suffering from an emergency and need to go to the hospital at that time, that certainly doesn’t preclude you from going to the hospital the next day or even the day after. It’s not unusual at all for people’s adrenaline to be pumping immediately after an accident and not be feeling a whole lot of pain.

However, the following day because you’re feeling significantly worse, they want to seek immediate treatment. That can either be through the hospital, or an urgent care, or their PCP, or someone else, but there’s nothing that precludes you from going to the hospital just because you didn’t go from the scene of the accident.
