What evidence of injury is necessary to recover damages in a Florida auto accident case?

To begin, we have the understanding that my clients come to me with a wide variety of different injuries. We have something as simple as bruising, swelling, soft tissue injuries that perhaps fully resolve over time, to something as severe as an injury that involves surgery or multiple surgeries or, quite frankly, some loss of use of body parts. No matter the severity of that injury, the documentary evidence or the testimonial evidence will be the same.

These are examples being my clients’ testimony of what they’ve been through, some members of their family or spouses who best know my clients, know the injuries that they suffered and how it affected their life. Of course, medical records, prescription drug records, if we can get any records from your employer about missed time work or performance reviews related to injuries. Ideally, we have a client that is dedicated enough to keep a personal showing how the pain level increases or decreases over time when they have good days and bad days and the like.
