How is fault determined in a Florida auto accident case?

Fault is determined in an auto accident case as to who is responsible for the accident? Who is negligent and caused the accident?

An example is in a rear-end collision. If you simply pull up to a red light or pull up to a stop sign and stop and you’re rear-ended, it’s pretty easy to determine whose fault it was. However, there’s grayer areas such as t-bone collisions, where you’re alleging that you are traveling through a yellow light and somebody blows the red light and t-bones you. Then it becomes a little bit trickier as to who is actually at fault, and it’s our job to argue on your behalf as to why you’re not at fault and the other party is at fault.
