Scarlett Proenza was born in New York and raised in South Florida. She enjoys spending her free time with her two boys, traveling, and going to the beach.

Scarlett has built her career in the legal field working in personal injury and currently serves as a senior paralegal and case manager at Thompson Legal. Her day-to-day work includes assisting attorneys with moving cases forward, communicating with clients, managing case details, coordinating treatment and records, and helping negotiate and resolve claims.

Scarlett takes pride in being a dependable resource for both clients and the legal team. Her experience in the legal field has strengthened her passion for advocacy, and she looks forward to continuing her education by attending law school and taking the next step toward becoming an attorney.
